I am pleased to share that I have joined SteerX as an Industry Expert in Diagnostics, Healthcare Strategy, and Laboratory Transformation. This is a role I have taken on with genuine enthusiasm — it aligns closely with my belief that the future of healthcare will be shaped by those who can connect deep clinical expertise with strategic thinking and emerging technology.
With nearly three decades of experience in diagnostic medicine and healthcare leadership, I bring to this role a perspective shaped by ground-level laboratory work, large-scale quality transformations, and senior advisory engagements across the healthcare sector.
Throughout my career, I have led the development of high-performing laboratory services, driven quality improvement initiatives, and championed the integration of emerging technologies into clinical practice. My work has spanned laboratory operations, M&A of diagnostic centres, COVID-19 laboratory scale-up, CAP accreditation, NABL quality systems, and mentorship of over 200 medical professionals. Every experience has reinforced one conviction: lasting healthcare transformation requires both clinical depth and strategic clarity.
As an Industry Expert at SteerX, my focus will be on helping healthcare organisations build scalable, future-ready diagnostic systems — ones that improve patient outcomes while delivering operational excellence. My areas of engagement include laboratory transformation, diagnostics strategy, genomics, digital health, and the thoughtful application of artificial intelligence in clinical settings. I look forward to contributing to the conversations and partnerships that SteerX facilitates between healthcare leaders and the technology ecosystem.
